FBISD Band Instrument Donations

Fort Bend ISD's Fine Arts Department is accepting donations of used band instruments from the public. Beginning Friday, May 17th, community members can drop off their used band instruments at the FBISD Administration Building, (16431 Lexington Blvd. Sugar Land, Texas 77479) during regular business hours (8:00 am - 4:30 pm). Donations will be accepted for the remainder of the school year and throughout the summer.

Former band members are encouraged to check their attics, closets and storage units for instruments to donate, which will help ensure current studens have the band equipment they need to be successful. Donated instruments will assist students, who otherwise might not be able to afford a band instrument, a chance to participate in beginning band programs across the District.

Thank you.
James Drew
Director of Fine Arts, Speech & Journalism

The graduation party has been tremendously successful in the past because of the generous support from you, our parents, and our community. Beach Bash incurs more expenses than a typical party at school. The different activities (DJ, photo booth, door prizes) are made possible by the sponsorships we receive. To ensure that every 8th grader can enjoy the activities at an affordable cost of $45 per ticket, we hope you will consider being a part of the sponsorship effort that will make the FCMS Beach Bash 2013 a great success. A sponsorship form is included for your convenience. Please complete the form and return it along with your donation.

If sending cash, please send the exact amount. Please make checks payable to FCMS PTO and designate "Beach Bash" on the memo line.

We have more than 375 students and we encourage you to participate in this special event that has become a lasting memory of their middle school years.

Thanks in advance for your generosity and continued support of our students.
