The Science Safety Contract is online this year. Please digitally complete the form with a smart device and e-mail it back to your science teacher. If you do not have a device that allows you to sign, you can print out just the signature pages, sign, and have your student turn them in during the first two weeks of school. The contract covers the entire time the student is at FSMS. Students will still have to take the safety test each year in order to participate in labs.
All grade levels of science this year will be using composition books, so please make sure your student has two composition books for science.
