Hello Garcia Middle School parents. We would like to welcome you as we begin the 2011-2012 school year at GMS. The first day of classes is Monday, August 22nd. Please be advised that students may not enter the building until 8:15, this is when doors will be unlocked. Please plan your student’s arrival no earlier than this, as there will be no adults on duty. When students arrive at 8:15 they will be directed to the commons and gym areas to be seated until the 8:45 bell rings to releases them to class. All students should have a book or magazine to read while they wait to be dismissed. The tardy bell will ring at 8:55 and it is imperative that all students be in the classroom at that time. We look forward to seeing you soon Garcia Gators, and remember at Garcia Middle School together we will Lead, Achieve and Excel.
