2012-2013 Transportation Form
|
|
ALL students that qualify for bus transportation MUST fill out the attached form and return it to HBMS for processing. Students that do not have a transportation form on file, will not be allowed to ride FBISD school busses in the upcoming school year. Forms can also be returned to the FBISD Transportation Dept. Questions regarding this form are to be forwarded to the FBISD Transportation Dept.
