About Missouri City Middle School
COUGAR ORIENTATION

In preparation for an exciting and productive 2014-2015 school year, MCMS is having COUGAR ORIENTATION for all students and parents. Please make plans to attend on the appropriate date.
6th Grade August 12 8:30 a.m. 11:00 a.m.
7th Grade August 13 8:30 a.m. 11:00 a.m.
8th grade August 13 1:30 p.m. -3:30 p.m.

Lockers will be issued and students will have an opportunity to purchase P.E. uniforms. There will also be an assembly for parents and students which will include an overview of campus procedures, expectations and other relevant information.
 
Uniform shirt colors are as follows:
6th graders - black
7th graders - yellow
8th graders- sky blue
 
We are looking forward to a great school year!

Campus Based Leadership Team Participation

Missouri City Middle School is extending the opportunity for parents, business partners and community members to serve on the Campus Based Leadership Team (CBLT). Business representatives may serve without regard to whether the representative resides in the District or whether the business is located in the District. Community Members must reside in the District and must be at least 18 years of age. CBLT meetings will be held on the second Tuesday of each month at 4:00 p.m. Please contact the school at 281.634.3440 if you are interested in being part of the decision-making process at Missouri City Middle School.

Title 1 Annual Meeting

Please make plans to attend our Title 1 Annual Meeting on Thursday, September 11,2014 at 5:30 p.m. Important information will be provided regarding the Title 1 Policy, parental involvement, Title 1 Compact, accountability and the academic status of MCMS.
