Criminal Background Form

Rosa Parks staff encourages parent and community involvement. Any adult who wishes to help with a class party, a class activity, chaperone a class field trip, or volunteer in any way must first complete a criminal background check. The good news is that this form can be completed on line. There is no more paper. Go to the Fort Bend home page, click on Be a Partner on the left, and you will see the link.
