Welcome to Fifth Grade Teachers

Welcome to 5th grade!! “Let the Dreams Begin,”
 

Fifth grade is a big transition year. Not only do we learn the 5th grade curriculum, we also prepare for middle school. Organization and responsibility are two key elements to having a successful 5th grade year. Homework can be expected almost every night.
 

5th graders will be exposed to challenging hands on science labs, including handling living organisms, creating their very own ecosystems, and competing in the Science Fair! They will also take part in depth novel studies, and creative projects in all subject areas.
 

5th graders will be able to participate in a field trip, talent show and 5th grade party. With the efforts of all of us, teachers, administrators, students and parents, we will have a phenomenally successful year!!
