The district requires volunteers to put in a new Criminal History Background check every year. Applies to (but not limited to)…parent & community volunteers, field trips, class parties, chaperones, mentors/tutors, interns, Shared Dreams volunteers, Junior Achievement, PTO/PTA Executive Board, Booster Club members, ProGrad.
The forms are now on-line. Please follow the following process:
Go to Criminal History Check"Be a Volunteer" on the left hand side, Click "Criminal History Check" on the right hand side. It says Click here (do so).
Click here under new user. Fill out the form and
